Return & Exchange Policy
-All sales are final. If any mishaps on our end, you can contact customer service to receive additional information on returns/exchanges.
-We have a 10-day return policy, and once the order exceeds that time frame, unfortunately, we cannot accept it.
-We do not accept any exchanges.
**Please Note: All initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
-Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number, and reason for the return.
-If you are returning any item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in case if the package gets lost on its way back to us. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
-IMPORTANT NOTE: International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any charges. The customer is responsible for the costs, even if the shipment gets refused upon delivery. In some instances, the delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs.
-All returned items must be in their original condition and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been damaged in any way will result in a 15% FEE or will be discarded upon receipt.
-Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt. Thank you for understanding!
