-Where is my order?

All in-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order is shipped. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 48 hours or more to provide tracking updates. Envieus ships all our orders through USPS. Pre-orders usually take 3-4 weeks to ship. Please be patient.

 

-Can I Exchange an Item?

No. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item, we will issue you a refund to your original payment method or store credit that can be used towards the website at any time.

 

-How can I get in contact with your customer service team?

You may contact customer service via e-mail at info@envieus.com or Instagram D.M @envy_wearhouse. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response from our customer service team.

 

-I forgot to use my discount code while checking out. Can I use my code after purchase?

Once your order has been placed, you cannot change your total as we cannot add the discount manually. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid.

 

-When does my store credit expire?

Store credit does not expire and can be used whenever you please. You only receive the amount credited for the purchased item, not tax or shipping.

 

-I changed my mind, and I want to cancel my order. Can I cancel my order?

Of course, you can only cancel your order before it's shipped. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can return your items by following our return policy once your order has been delivered to you.
